USA - All the above listed ingredients have been sold in US before Oct 1994 (ie complies with Dietary Supplement Health and Education Act of 1994 - DSHEA)

Europe – All the above listed ingredients have been sold before May 1997. Hence pre-marketing approval may not be required as per the best of our knowledge.

Japan - may require further research for approval as a FOSHU with specific claims.

Other countries – to be studied on a case-to-case basis.

There is no toxicity or adverse event reported for all the ingredients. In India, they are conventionally used as condiments and for various medicinal purposes in traditional system of medicine.

All the products are manufactured under GMP conditions. Plant extracts are not only standardized for its actives but also checked for heavy metals and microbial impurities. Complete Standardized Information Data Sheet (SIDI^TM) as per American Herbal Products Association (APHA) can be provided if required.
